The room was perfectly clean, also it had smoke detectors. The staff was fairly friendly in all services. We loved the quiet atmosphere. The location in the old medina was magnificent and particularly good for us.

Its location in Marrakesh was lovely, so close to the fountain in the riad, the services offered by the Riad, and a back alley. The staff members were all affable, the rooms were new-fashioned with mint tea, beautiful decor, for instance.

Charming decor, cozy ambiance, and a unique Moroccan aesthetic that really adds to the experience. The breakfast spread features fresh orange juice, pancakes, and eggs cooked to order.

Air conditioning in the room left much to be desired, unable to cool effectively during hot weather. Street parking is a bit of an inconvenience since the hotel doesn't provide specific details about it, meaning you could be left hunting for a spot. Shower pressure was on the weak side, and hot water wasn't readily available when needed after a long day.

The breakfast was a good spread, with fresh orange juice, eggs to order, and pancakes that really made our mornings special.

Finding the Riad was quite challenging due to the lack of clear signage, leading to unnecessary stress upon arrival.

Had a fantastic time with a cozy, well-decorated room and a lovely breakfast menu full of fresh juice and pancakes. The spa services like massages and beauty treatments really helped us unwind after a day of exploring. Only slight downside was the signage leading in, but it didn't overshadow our enjoyment in the least! 😊

Equal parts excellent and disappointing

Charming and spacious Queen Suite with lovely decor. Good breakfast with freshly squeezed orange juice cooked to order eggs. The staff were wonderfully attentive and ensured our stay was pleasant.

The shower pressure was weak and inconsistent hot water access made evening routines difficult after long days. Finding the Riad in a quiet alley was quite a hassle with minimal directions.

Breakfast on the rooftop was an absolute treat. Nomming on fresh juices and eggs while soaking in the calm vibe of the Riad was bliss! Kahlid and the staff, not to mention the charming decor enhanced our experience.

Just nitpicking here, but the shower pressure was a bit weak, and hot water was a bit elusive after a chilly day of wandering around. Still, everything else shined brightly .

Charming decor, good breakfast, the friendly staff made our stay enjoyable with their warm hospitality by preparing a custom breakfast spread with eggs to order and freshly squeezed orange juice, while the convenient location, just 2.5 km from the city center, allowed us easy access to local attractions.

It had lovely decor and everything worked perfectly. The bed was super comfy, easy to relax after a day of exploring. Breakfast was really nice too, with fresh juice and eggs made to order. Plus, the staff were always ready to help with anything you needed. Just a heads up, the shower pressure was a bit weak, but didn't ruin the overall experience.

The location was superb, just a short walk from the vibrant Medina yet nestled on a quiet street. The room was spacious and super tidy, with a lovely décor that added to the Moroccan charm. Breakfast was a good affair with fresh bread and eggs served on the roof terrace, offering serene views to start the day.

The warm hospitality. The owner was helpful, offering great recommendations, and we thoroughly enjoyed the delicious dinner served on-site, especially the Lamb Tagine that was mouthwatering. It was lovely to unwind and relax on the terrace during breakfast, where I appreciated the perfect touch of freshly squeezed orange juice. One aspect that could use improvement is the shower pressure. It felt a bit weak after a long day's exploration.
